LPFM Radio -- It's the Voice of the People -- YOU!

LPFM Outreach Database Project 

     There is a group of those interested in helping to secure more non-commercial radio stations for community groups. We are a wide variety of organizations, communications attorneys, engineers, and others.

     We are gearing up for an all-out outreach effort for the next opportunity to apply for an LPFM (low power FM) station. That opportunity is likely to happen about mid-2012.

     We need your help. Are you part of a group that is/might be interested in applying for an LPFM radio station? Do you know of others who might be interested? Not sure yet, but kind of interested?

     Check out the Fact Sheets/Maps page on this CMAP website for some basic information about LPFM and starting an LPFM radio station.
